Be Safe & Avoid Ticket Scams

1. Authorized Ticket Purchases
   Tickets for our events must be purchased directly through gerogiamountainfairgrounds.com or at our venue's box office. Any tickets purchased from third-party sellers (e.g., resale platforms, scalpers, or unauthorized websites) are considered high-risk and are not guaranteed to be valid.
2. Risk of Third-Party Tickets
   Tickets purchased from third-party sellers may be fake, duplicate, or otherwise invalid.
   We will not honor or refund tickets purchased from unauthorized sources.
   Patrons who purchase tickets from third-party sellers assume all risks associated with their purchase.
3. Proof of Purchase
   To enter the event, you must present a valid photo ID, the credit card used for purchase, and your ticket confirmation at the gate. The name on all three must match.
4. Resolution at the Door
   If there is an issue with your ticket at the door, our staff will attempt to assist you; however, we can only verify and resolve issues for tickets purchased through our official channels.
   Tickets purchased through third-party sellers cannot be verified or resolved by our staff.
5. Protect Your Purchase
   Always buy your tickets directly from our official sources.
   Avoid sharing photos of your tickets on social media to prevent ticket duplication.
